Each of our push-pull rod systems comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering all manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any issues, simply contact us with your purchase details, and we’ll guide you through the claim process.

Our technical support team is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM GMT. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
