Warranty Information

Each of our push-pull rod systems comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering all manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any issues, simply contact us with your purchase details, and we’ll guide you through the claim process.

Technical Support

Our technical support team is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM GMT. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

FAQ

Can JDR customize a linear actuator for my application?
Answer:Yes. We can customize the stroke, load, speed, voltage, mounting dimensions, feedback options and IP rating. After your requirements are confirmed, our engineers can provide a preliminary drawing within 3 days.

How quickly can I receive a custom actuator sample?
Answer: We can provide a preliminary drawing within 3 days and produce a prototype in as fast as 7 days after drawing approval. The final lead time depends on the specifications, materials and testing requirements.

Answer:Please provide the application, load, stroke, speed, voltage, duty cycle, installation dimensions and estimated quantity. You may also send us a drawing, STEP file or application photo for a model recommendation and quotation.
